Debrigarh Wildlife Sanctuary

Debrigarh Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the notable geographical Sanctuaries of the State, as it is trusted that State’s famous opportunity warrior took shield in this thick woodland. Debrigarh Wildlife Sanctuary was found 08th February 1985. Situated in the region of Sambalpur (now Baragarh) separation of 40 km from Baragarh and its center region is 346.91sq.kms. The Sanctuary entryway opens two times each day for 12 vehicles and for 06 hour wilderness visit. There are 06 no’s Eco bungalows inside the Sanctuary for getting a charge out of night life of a wilderness. The wilderness is having distinctive sort of trees like Bija, Saal, Asan, Aanla, Dhaura and some more, on the opposite side loads of wild creature to be seen like Tiger, Leopard, Hyena, Gaur, Sambar, Spotted Dear, Moniter Lizard, Chowsingha, Chameleon and furthermore occupant and transient winged animals are there. This Sanctuary is shut to Hirakud Dam which is 20 km by dyke street.
